1. Data we process

Sammi may process account details, Discord profile information, workspace content, and information required for features you choose to use. We only request data relevant to the service being provided.

2. Tokens and desktop data

Codex/Gemini tokens, quota profiles, and tracker preferences are stored locally on your device. Sammi does not collect, sync, or transmit these tokens to Sammi servers. Quota requests go directly from the Electron Main Process to the relevant provider.

3. How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, maintain workspaces, deliver notifications and community features, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability.

4. Third-party services

Some features rely on Discord, Google, OpenAI, payment providers, or infrastructure services. Their own policies also apply. Sammi does not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and control

Local data remains until you remove profiles, sign out, or clear application data. Service data is retained only as needed for operations, obligations, and disputes. You may request access or deletion through the official support channel.

6. Security and contact

We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Never share tokens or token screenshots. Report concerns through Sammi’s official Discord support channel.
