1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Sammi Ecosystem, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for protecting your account, credentials, and activity within your workspaces. Do not share access tokens or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, interfere with systems, distribute harmful content, infringe others’ rights, or use Sammi for unlawful activity. Access may be limited when necessary to protect users and systems.

4. Content and third parties

You remain responsible for content you create or upload. Discord, Google, OpenAI, and other integrations are governed by their providers’ terms; Sammi does not control their availability or API changes.

5. Payments and updates

Paid plans, when offered, show pricing and conditions before purchase. Sammi may update the application, modify, or discontinue features to maintain safety, reliability, and product development.

6. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law. Sammi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, exposed credentials, or misuse.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may evolve with the product. Material revisions will be published in the app or website. Questions can be sent through Sammi’s official Discord support channel.
